Government Relations: UCC's Proposed Licensing Framework for IXPs (2019-06)

This news was communicated to us in a letter from the UCC dated June 7th, 2019. The letter included a draft of the licensing framework and a call for written feedback by July 5th, 2019. The full document is attached below for reference.
