Hi,

I concur with both gentlemen  .. esp. now that we have a respectable 
number of ISPs connected to the IX.  An agenda could be like the 
following..

-- analyze some traffic stats
-- examine bandiwdth utilization
-- Get more orgs. and the few remaining ISPs connected to the IX
-- Official launch of IX
-- AOB

Others can add/modify the agenda..

Lets aim for 2nd week of January.. What about Thusrday 8th 
January, 2004?
