BGP template & the new space

Hello Folks,

Michuki Mwangi from the KiXP(Nairobi - Kenya) who is here
for a Hostmaster ccTLD Internship with CFi has offered
to help build and demonstrate a BGP template for the 3
members -- MTN, UTL & Afsat --  who committed to start
peering this month.

Michuki is one among a few other engineers who run and maintain
BGP routes at the KiXP for over 10 peering partners.

Can we have Maurice -- Afsat, Rob -- MTN and Eric from UTL
meet with him on 4th floor today at 4:30 in the afternoon.

Meanwhile, preparatory plans to relocate to the basement have to
proceed as agreed over 3 weeks ago. We have a commitment to
fulfill to UCC who offered this space free of charge in
perpetuity, or else we will have rental liability we can not
meet.

The dust pathway or the size of the space shouldn't be an hindrance
since all there is a switch sealed in a 42U RACK. We'll in anycase
have "a dust sucker" that will direct the foul gases & dust
cleanly out to the outside. There is a enough space to take
whatever we have for the next couple of months.
