Don't know really, however if that's the general feeling I suggest
we plug it into the business plan from the onset and see how the
numbers crunch.

Isaac, I'll throw up the business plan to the list t'rrow with the
revisions you suggested.

For the latest update, the Power Back-up is installed & working - Mark
Tinka from Sanyutel will ascertain workmanship t'rrow morning when
he inspects, NCR has surveyed the rooftop, conduit in building
and Exchange room facility. Some interesting revelations:

Communications H'se doesn't have a power room(unlike the Sheraton) on
the rooftop for comm. equipment. Which means either one runs Coax all
the way down, or UTP/CAT5(>> 80m too long).

Hard Option:

We put a switch in UCC's 12th Floor server room(right below the rooftop)
& interconnect 2 switches with Gigabyte fibre(~ 180m).. winding down a
well protected duct and over in the ceiling(again wrapped in a trunk) on
the 4th Floor. $$$$??? this blows a hole in budget.

Extras:

- switch
- fibre and all that goes with it. estimates to ~3.5K
- labor doubles
