Thursday meeting
Dear all,
While tomorrow is a public holiday I believe we should go ahead
with our meeting as scheduled. From various verbal interactions
I have had with many of you, it appears reasonable to expect good
attendance. There a lot at stake to delay this any further.
Added items on the agenda are:
Ratify some of the recent decisions,
Review and adopt working procedures for the Board, Management and staff,
ToRs & roles of various interest groups,
Enlarging membership
It is not expected that every item on the agenda will be exhaustively
dealt at tomorrow's meeting, but rather some of it will become work in
progress on the mailing lists.
Mark Lukyamuzi of Sanyutel is charge of ensuring the venue is setup
and ready to hold the meeting tomorrow.
